WEATHER – temperatures in Grapevine in mid to late September are warm - averaging in the upper 80's in the daytime and upper 60’s nighttime.

AIRPORT OPTION - the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) services Grapevine. The airport is about 7miles from the DFW Hilton Lake hotel.

Public Transportation - In addition to taxis and rideshare services, the DFW Hilton Lakes hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle. The Grapevine Convention and Visitors Bureau operates the Grapevine Visitors Shuttle, which provides visitors with a link to Grapevine hotels, DFW Airport, the Main Street Historic District, restaurants, and Grapevine Mills Mall.

AUTO TRAVEL – if you are driving or renting a car, The hotel's address is 1800 Highway 26E, Grapevine, TX 76051. The price for parking at the hotel will be announced later when our hotel contract is finalized.

BUSINESS PROGRAM – arrival, registration and a Welcome Reception/Dinner will take place on Sunday, September 27th. We are looking forward to a great lineup of presenters this year. The latest meeting agenda may be seen here...

Departure will be on Wednesday, September 30th.

ATTIRE– "Business casual" (shorts/slacks & collared shirts) is recommended for the business sessions; shorts/slacks & collared shirts or cocktail dress is optional for the planned dinners.
